Dinner
For people on vacation in the lodge, I can prepare dinner, on reservation please.
2 possibilities:
Formule cuisine familiale :
Family cooking formula, to share with you my love of the region!
Based on local products, accompanied by “Coteaux des Baronnies” wine.
I will offer you a house-made “aperitif”, the entry of the day, the dish of the day, followed by goat cheese and a dessert.
Formule bio et terroir :
Organic and “terroir” formula, to discover Drome gastronomy as the seasons go by!
Based on organic and/or local products: lamb of the Baronnies region, poultry, small spelt wheat, lentil, apricot, olive and olive oil.
I will offer you a house-made “aperitif”, the entry of the day, the dish of the day followed by a dessert and accompanied by “Coteaux des Baronnies” wine.
